theALLBRIGHT presents The Power Years

Too often, women are told two unhelpful myths about midlife: that they suddenly step into effortless power at 40 years old, or that their best years are already behind them. The truth is more complex, and so much more exciting.

theALLBRIGHT created The Power Years in 2025 to bring women in midlife together, to reconnect with their individual and collective strengths, curiosity, and ambition. This is not a lesson in starting over, but a space to learn how to brilliantly harness everything that’s come before in work and life, and own what the future looks like.

See below for a taste of last year’s Summit – a space to find and create inspiration and knowledge about health, energy, and reinvention and purpose for the next chapter.

We have big plans to build on the success of last year’s event and will be expanding the programme for 2026. Join us as we open a new, important conversation about longevity, possibility, and the modern midlife woman.

The Longevity
Formula

Forget the myth of midlife decline, we believe this is where endurance meets evolution. Discover how science, lifestyle, and mindset combine to unlock lasting vitality and resilience. From redefining health to reframing energy as power, this conversation will explore how investing in yourself is the ultimate act of leadership and womanhood.

Redefining Midlife
Ambition

Midlife is a powerful recalibration, but one that can take time. Hear from women rewriting the rules of ambition; from those who have navigated reinvention, set career pivots in motion, and delivered comebacks with courage and clarity. Expect candour, laughter, and practical insights on what it takes to stay visible, fulfilled, and fearless in your Power Years.

Purpose, Legacy,
and your New Prime

What does it mean to be in your prime, really? Across this conversation strand, cultural and professional powerhouses will explore the meaning of purpose and legacy at midlife, and how women can drive the next era of success on their own terms. Inspiring, unapologetic, and deeply human, this is the topic will apply whether your focus is work, life, health, or all three.

AllBright Motherhood Works is delighted to be supporting The Motherless Mothers.

£10 of every ticket sale will be donated.

It takes a village to raise a mother and child, but what happens when the most essential part of your village isn’t there?

For 1 in 3 new mums, they are facing motherhood without their own mum due to death, estrangement, dementia, physical absence, or a complicated relationship.

The impact? An entirely different experience of motherhood emotionally, practically and mentally.
95% of motherless mothers feel isolated.
85% say pregnancy or early motherhood reopened their grief.
80% are experiencing mental health difficulties such as anxiety or depression.
Postnatal depression is 3x the national average, 5x higher in the US.

This is why The Motherless Mothers exists. Motherless mothers often feel unseen, misunderstood, and unsupported. But we’re here to change that. Our mission is to provide the support and representation that every motherless mother needs.

Because this experience deserves recognition, research, support and language.
