Everywoman Step Forward 2026 Competition  

Terms & Conditions 

1. Who we are 

1.1 The promoter is: Everywoman Limited, whose registered office is at 72 Welbeck Street, London, England, W1G 0AY (“Everywoman”). 

1.2 The competition is operated in association with the following parties, but Everywoman at all times remains the  promoter of the competition and the prizes below are provided, courtesy of the following: 

(a) Y TREE Limited of 130 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, England W1D 5EU; 

(b) Medik8 Limited of 730 Centennial Avenue, Centennial Park, Elstree, WD6 3SZ; and 

QVC UK of QVC, Building 8 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5XU 

(each a “Partner” and together the “Partners”). 

These Terms and Conditions incorporate the Partners’ terms and conditions at Appendix 1. 

2. The Competition  

2.1 The title of the competition is “Everywoman Step Forward 2026 Competition” (the “Competition”). 

2.2 The Competition will entitle the entrant to a chance of winning the following prizes: 

A £500 Medik8 skincare bundle (one available); 

A luxury pamper set from QVC (one available); 

Y TREE financial health check and planning (one available); and 

An Allbright everywoman “Connect” membership (one available) 

(each a “Prize” and together the “Prizes”). 

Eligibility 

The Competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except:  

employees of Allbright everywoman or any of the Partners (or any of their respective group companies);  

anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the Competition; and 

any close relatives of anyone falling within clause 3.1(a) or 3.1(b). 

By entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to claim any Prizes you may win. Everywoman may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition. 

Everywoman will not accept Competition entries that are: 

damaged, illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; 

photocopies and not originals;  

automatically generated;  

completed by third parties or in bulk, or; 

incomplete 

and Everywoman accepts no responsibility for the same. 

Everywoman reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition. 

Competition entries cannot be returned. 

Everywoman accepts no responsibility for lost Competition entries. 

How to enter 

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Competition. 

The Competition will run from Friday 24th of April to 23:59 on Sunday 7th June 2026 (the “Closing Date“) inclusive. 

All Competition entries must be received by Everywoman by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All Competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. Everywoman accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed or not received for whatever reason. 

To enter the Competition you need to complete and submit the entry form on the competition page using a valid email address. 

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. 

By submitting a Competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as those at Appendix 1. 

Everywoman may publicise the Competition on third-party social media platforms. Everywoman makes no representation, warranty or commitment in respect of the same and shall have no liability or obligation whatsoever in relation to the content or use of, or correspondence with, any such third-party platforms or websites. Everywoman recommends that you refer to the relevant third party’s website terms and conditions and privacy policy prior to use. Everywoman does not endorse or approve any third-party platform/website nor the content of any of such platforms/websites and the competition is in no way affiliated with nor sponsored by the same. 

The Prizes 

All Prizes are subject to availability and there is no cash or credit alternative for any Prize. 

Everywoman reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another prize of equivalent value without giving notice. 

Prizes are not transferable. 

Prize details are provided by the Partners. Everywoman is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied by any of the Partners. 

Prizes are supplied by the Partners. Everywoman is not responsible for any failure by any of the Partners to supply their respective Prize(s). Prizes are subject to availability and the Partners’ terms and conditions which can be found at Appendix 1. 

Everywoman’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. 

Winner selection 

One winner (the “Winner”) will be randomly selected to win the Prizes, via a computer-generated randomiser. There shall only be one Winner of all of the Prizes. 

The Winner will be chosen at random within 14 business days after the Closing Date (the “Selection Date”). The Winner’s contact and address details will be passed to each Partner to complete Prize fulfilment. 

The Winner will be notified via email to the email address provided by them, within 7 business days of the Selection Date (the “Notification Date”). If a Winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Everywoman reserves the right to select another winner at random from the eligible received entries. 

Everywoman’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. 

Claiming the Prize 

The Winner shall have 14 business days from the Notification Date to claim their Prize. If a Winner does not respond via email (to the email address used by Everywoman to notify the Winner) within this time, Everywoman reserves the right to select another Winner at random from the eligible entries received.  

Everywoman does not accept any responsibility for any Winner who is not able to claim their Prize. 

The Prizes may not be claimed by a third party on any Winner’s behalf. 

Winner announcements 

Everywoman must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Everywoman will publish the surname and county of the Winner for one month following the Notification Date. If you object to either your surname or county being published, please contact Everywoman at events@allbrighteverywoman.com In such circumstances, Everywoman must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

Limitation of liability 

Insofar as is permitted by law, Everywoman, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of claiming any Prize except where caused by the negligence of Everywoman, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Data protection and publicity 

Personal information will be processed by Everywoman as set out in its Privacy Policy available at: https://allbrighteverywoman.com/privacy/.https://allbrighteverywoman.com/privacy/. See also clause 6.2 (regarding sharing data with the Partners) and clause 8.1 (regarding the announcement of Winner). 

General 

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Everywoman may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition. 

Everywoman reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants by Everywoman as soon as practicable.

Appendix 1 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR Y TREE SERVICES (“Terms”) 

March 2026 

These Termscontainthe legal terms and conditions that govern the Y TREE Services Y TREE provide to the winner. It is important that the winner read them carefully and ensure that they understand them. They form a legal contract between the winner and Y TREE. 

Y TREELimited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number 967369).Y TREE is also regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 as a Registered Account Information Service Provider (Firm Reference Number 815261). It is registered in England and Wales, with company number 10186799 and with its registered office at 130 Shaftesbury Avenue, London W1D 5EU. 

The winner must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to use theY TREEServices.  

TheY TREEServices Y TREE will provide to the winner consist of the following: 

Data Aggregation 

Y TREE will aggregate the winners and the winners’ family’s investible assets, including cash, liquid and private investments, real estate, and collectables and present a full financial picture in a simple, easy-to-understand report (“Report”). The winners’ financial position, as well as some helpful wealth insights, will be aggregated and analysed. To ensure the winner can see their financial position accurately and to maximise the benefit of the report, Y TREE will ask the winner to provide them with the authority to get information from 3rd parties, as Y TREE will as share information with Y TREE directly on the winner’s financial situation (including on assets, liabilities, income and expenses).  

Financial life strategy  

Y TREE will work with the winner to understand their financial goals, life aspirations, and risk appetite. This process culminates in a Financial Life Strategy (“Strategy”) that formalises the agreed-upon targets, which can then be used by the winner to measure progress towards achieving these goals. Y TREE will use this information to then provide the winner with recommendations that will improve the winners’ financial fitness while staying aligned with the targets. In formulating the Financial Life Strategy, Y TREE will discuss with the winner their attitude to risk, capacity for loss, investment objectives and knowledge of financial instrument 

(together “Y TREE Services”). 

The Y TREE Services are provided to the winner for general information only and should not be relied upon as investment advice or recommendations.  

Y TREEis required tocomply with UK anti-money laundering law, sanctions and other law aimed at fighting terrorism and financial crime. The winner agrees to provide Y TREE with the information required to carry out anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism and sanctions checks.  

The winner acknowledges and understands thatY TREEwill process personal data provided to them by the winner or a third party when using Y TREE Services. Y TREE do this in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Data Protection Legislation. Y TREE’s Privacy Policy is available at https://www.y-tree.com/privacy-policy  

The primary method of communication between the winner andY TREEis via email. Y TREE may record, monitor and retain all communications between the winner and Y TREE. Y TREE will normally record telephone conversations and keep copies of relevant electronic communications. 

TheY TREEServices Y TREE provide to the winner do not include Y TREE providing regulated investment services to the winner.  Y TREE will not categorise the winner as a Professional Client or a Retail Client and will not provide the winner with a Client Categorisation Notification to record this.   

To the extentpermittedby law Y TREE limit our liability to the winner to the extent that the winner suffers losses, liabilities or damages resulting from and as a direct consequence of our fraud, negligence, material breach of these Terms or our wilful default.  Y TREE have no liability for (i) inaccurate data or information supplied by the winner or third parties or Y TREE placing reliance on the same;  (ii) any error or failure in any electronic communications system; or (iii) any communication being lost, delayed, intercepted, corrupted or otherwise altered or for failing to be delivered for any reason beyond Y TREE’s reasonable control. 

The winnerrepresentand warrant to Y TREE, on the date the winner accepts the Terms and until termination of the Y TREE Services: 

the winner have and will maintain full legal capacity and all necessary authority, permissions and powers and have taken all necessary action to enable the winner lawfully to enter into the Terms and to give Y TREE instructions (including any that will bind others) and to enter into any transactions, rights and powers referred to in these Terms; 

the winner is a resident of the UK, are over the age of 18, and have full capacity to enter into the Agreement with Y TREE; 

The winner is not: 

a national of any country in respect of which there is a sanctions programme listed, or an individual or legal person listed, in the United States Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control website at http://www.treas.gov/ofac 

an individual or legal person named in the list of asset freeze targets maintained by the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation within HM Treasury; or 

an individual or legal person listed on the consolidated list of persons, groups and entities subject to EU financial sanctions maintained by the European External Action Service; 

any and all information and data that the winner provide to Y TREE (at any time, whether in the past, present or in the future) under, or in accordance with the Terms is true, complete, accurate and up-to-date in all material respects and is not misleading and does not infringe any third party rights; and 

the winner is now and will be at all times in the future while the Terms remain in force, in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations concerning the detection of financial crime, prevention of terrorism and anti-money laundering. 

The winner has a right at any time toterminatethe Y TREE Services by providing written notice to Y TREE whereupon, Y TREE will cease to provide the Y TREE Services to the winner.  In the event of a material breach by the winner of these Terms, Y TREE may cease to provide the Y TREE Services by providing written notice to the winner. Save where the winner or Y TREE have terminated the Y TREE Services in accordance with this clause 11, these Terms will come to an end upon the delivery by Y TREE to the winner of the final Report and Strategy. Any termination of the Y TREE Services and the Terms is without prejudice to Y TREE and the winner’s accrued rights. 

The winner andY TREEeach agree not without the consent of the other to disclose to any person any information in relation to the other party’s business, assets or finances or other matters of a confidential nature (“Confidential Information”). However, the winner acknowledge that Y TREE may disclose Confidential Information: 

if required by law or regulation or where reasonably requested by any court, government, or regulator; 

to third parties solely where required for the purpose of providing the Y TREE Services 

and that our undertakings set out above do not apply to any information or Confidential Information which at the time of its disclosure is in the public domain or which after disclosure comes into the public domain for any reason except by reason of failure by Y TREE to comply with the Terms.
